Who is WushuKicks.com?
WushuKicks.com is our affiliate Wushu Gear Shop. Wu Shu literally translates to "military arts" or martial arts. It applies to all styles of martial arts. Over time a modern form of Chinese martial arts also developed purely to promote athleticism and competition. This became known as modern wushu.
Recently, modern wushu has permeated movies such as 'The Matrix' and 'Charlie's Angels' with Three Time China National Wushu Champion Jet Li as a dominant spokesperson and representative of wush, wushu has slowly grown to over 88 countries and even the Olympic stage through it's recognition by the International Olympic Committee, IOC for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
