Help-

 To Upload videos from an existing site simply click the Add Videos tab and post the web address url / link and then select publish - yes and the video will be uploaded.

 To Upload videos from your own computer, you will need to register an account and / or log in with your existing account, select the Upload Videos tab, and then browse the file you wish to upload.
